The i-LIMB Quantum by OSSUR is a top-tier, multi-articulating myoelectric hand. The i-Mo technology allows users to change grips by moving their arms. You can switch grips by moving the i-Limb Quantum in one of four directions. The I-Limb Quantum Titanium version is also available with additional titanium-strengthened fingers, which increase the carry load by 50%.
